The Project
The Smartest Workout comes to the UK
The Input Group were tasked by successful US health brand Orangetheory Fitness to facilitate the launch of their UK franchise.
This involves the completion of 40+ gym studios for the brand across the Midlands and Northern England, with additional Orangetheory Fitness locations targeted across the UK.
An ongoing project, the Input Group have been tasked to complete the studio designs according to Orangetheory’s stringent brand guidelines. This includes carrying out the sourcing of potential sites, the mechanical and electrical installation of all equipment, and also the construction element, creating entrance ways, office facilities, toilets, locker rooms, changing cubicles and showers.

Our Approach
More than a Gym
Painstaking lengths were taken to replicate the look and feel of the USA studios in the UK. This involved working with the American Orangetheory brand team to source alternate products locally to obtain the exact same look and feel.
The project showcases the full remit of The Input Group's turnkey abilities, from initial concept development, location prospecting, architectural design, right the way through to the design process, build and construction phase.

The Outcome
US brand reborn in the UK
In both completed studios, the team worked to complete the design according to Orangetheory’s brand guidelines, carried out the mechanical and electrical installation of all equipment, and created entrance ways, office facilities, toilets, locker rooms, changing cubicles and showers.
