The Challenge
An Iconic refurbishment

With interspersed, pedestrianised courtyards, this mixed use estate comprises of 12 office buildings and 20 retail & leisure units.
The Input Group were tasked to rejuvenate and convert the existing facilities to cater for modern residential and office requirements. Our Approach
Flexible & Sustainable
The full remit of The Input Group’s turnkey capabilities were required across the project that saw the company return to the development it first worked on in the late 1990s.
In addition to the residential refurbishments, conversion of a listed former horse stables into corporate offices completed the project.
Geothermal cooling systems and bio-diverse roofs were among the sustainability credentials of the new buildings, with the office space aiming for a BREAAM Excellent rating.

The Result
Considered rejuvenation
Completed on time and on budget, today Times House remains a vibrant office for Eurostar employees.
The Regent’s Quarter is now a diverse tenant mix of global brands, hotels and restaurants; amongst which Google is developing their European Headquarters in the adjacent King’s Cross Argent Estate.
The Input Group is proud to have played a lead role in its early stage rejuvenation.
